Frequently asked questions
No, we do not have an organic box yet. Our fresh produce is the same as what you would find in any fresh produce store only fresher as we deliver straight from the farmers at the fresh produce market to your door.
Delivery is for local areas (within a 5km radius) is absolutely free! For all outlaying areas, a sales agent will contact you after placing your order to discuss delivery options.
Customers are welcome to arrange for collection from our Randburg offices.
We will try our best to deliver your order the very next day between 9am- 4pm, unless otherwise requested by you.
We only deliver Monday to Saturdays as the market is closed on Sundays. All purchases made on Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Alternatively, you order will be delivered within 2 Working days for Fruits & Veg and 5 Working days for Packaging.
Our route is shorter from the farmers market to your door, we buy only for our orders daily, pack and deliver to you. There is no cold storage or shelf life before it gets delivered to you. We buy the best quality produce available at the Johannesburg fresh produce market, Farmers deliver their fresh produce to the market daily and we bring it to you. From the farmer to your door.
Yes. When purchasing a box you can add on anything that’s available to an add-on box. If for example you purchase a box with 1kg potatoes and you require another 1kg you can just add to your box and pay the extra cost shown for the product.
Yes. Items in our shop marked as ‘out of stock’ is regarded as seasonal items and will not be available for purchase. As soon as these items do become ‘in season’, you will be able to purchase these items.

Our pricing does not include delivery fees. After placing an order with Retropack, one of our sales agents will contact you to discuss delivery options and/or to provide you with a quote.
All customers are welcome to arrange for collections, with prior arrangements with one of our sales agents.
